Spa Olive

I checked out this spa because it is very close to me and I decided that I won’t be going back because I had a terrible first impression. When I arrived, I notified the receptionist that I would like to get a manicure and a pedicure and she immediately told me there wasn’t anybody available. She didn’t offer me any solution or whatsoever, so I asked if there was anybody available the next day (which was Sunday) and she told me they will be closed. She didn’t say anything else. Clearly, she just wanted to rid of me. But to give her the benefit of the doubt, so I asked about Monday. She then told me to hold on while she filled up the book with the appointments she forgot to record, which was a quite a few. Anyway, I suggested I would take a card and would just call her to book an appointment, thanked her for her time and left. As you can see, this is an example of extremely terrible customer service and lack of people skills. The person in front of you should always be your priority. It’s rude to make somebody wait on you while you try to remember 5+ appointments that you would need to add. You can do that at your own time without wasting mine. I felt disregarded and disrespected by this interaction. In my opinion, since the spa is already in such a grungy and rundown area, I think they should balance this out with superb customer service. If you drive down 5 minutes from here or walk for 20 minutes, you will find a lot of affordable, clean and modern spas south of Finch.

The lady put many different colors on my nails to find best matching color. Clean, Relaxing and friendly environment.

All the ladies were so friendly and nice! I loved Grace when she gave me honest opinions over my nails and their shoulder and neck massage saved my day! I did Shellac which was great and so well done too. Definately coming back for sure for massage and nails 💅✨💓

Went here for a couple's Retreat north of the city. We had a pedicure, manicure and one hour massage. Grace and Ruina were warm, friendly, paid great attention to detail and provided wonderful customer service. Spa Olive is a lovely place, very inviting, and great tea! We will definitely be back!
