For over a decade, several members of my family purchased jewelry from Glennpeter Jewelers. The selection is beautiful, but the customer service is beyond. Paula has taken such good care of us during each visit. We are never rushed and never pressured. She is kind and takes time to understand our style and budget. The team has also been so helpful with intricate repairs and custom jewelry requests. Jewelry purchases are a big deal. By nature, they are often sentimental and sometimes a little intimidating. Glennpeter and Paula make each visit so easy and comfortable - and that makes all the difference in the world.
As a former employer I had such an amazing experience working at this beautiful store that has exquisite jewelry and diamonds. Everyone who works here is friendly, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service to anyone walking through the front door. If you’re shopping for a diamond I highly recommend Mary Gregory. Mary is very attentive to what her customers are looking for, walks them through the steps of choosing their diamond and feeling confident and comfortable with their purchase. Best of all she makes this experience fun and memorable. No matter what you stop in for, Glen Peters will make sure they meet your expectations. Happy shopping!
I had a wonderful experience at Glenn Peter working with Paula. She was professional, knowledgeable and carried a cheerful attitude throughout the entire process. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring here and came back to get wedding bands. Her rings are stunning and I was happy I was able to include custom engravings on my wedding band. Ask for Paula, you will not be disappointed!
Paula was incredible! Took my mom’s ring in yesterday to have it fixed and a stone swapped out. She worked with the jeweler to give me an approximate time that it would be ready. While I was there she cleaned my diamond earrings as well. In speaking with her she remembered meeting me around 11 years ago while I was in the store for a fundraiser. Now that is great customer service! She was attentive and patient with all of my questions in regards to having my mom’s ring cleaned up and returned to its original gold that I had dipped in silver a few years ago. Paula has definitely made a lifetime customer out of me!
I went into the Clifton Park store and was immediately greeted by Colleen. She was very pleasant and polite. I asked her a few questions about some rings that I had that I wanted to use as a trade-in, and she directed me over to Karen, who was also very polite and pleasant. After exploring some options, Karen suggested that I use the stones from the ring that I owned in a new ring with a new setting. She designed a three stone ring that is absolutely beautiful at an amazing price. My situation was also time sensitive as I needed something for this Friday. Karen assured me that my ring would be done by 5 PM on Friday. Overall, both women were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to doing business with Karen and Colleen again in the near future. Please, take care of these two extraordinary women. Individuals like this are what make companies successful. Ron P.
Dawn was amazing when we were looking for a special piece of jewelry. She was attentive and really listened to what we wanted. She made us feel valued and it was a great experience. My husband and I, along with Dawn’s suggestions created a custom designed necklace. She followed up with us to keep us updated on the progress as it was made. She made a vision come to life. If you’re looking for great customer service with superior knowledge and a very down to earth personable sales rep, Dawn is it. Thank you and we keep going back to Dawn for all our jewelry needs!
Sarah was fantastic to work with at Glennpeter Jewelers! My fiancé and I chose to purchase our wedding bands here, and ran into a bit of mishap after our first visit. However, I went back the next day and Sarah took great care of me. She really provided top-notch customer service and made sure everything was right for us. I would highly recommend working with Sarah from Glennpeter; you won't be disappointed!
Glennpeter Jewelers is the Best!!!! I truely wish I had a better word but they really are. My husband got my beautiful engagement ring custom made there back in 2018, and I still get the “where did get get your ring made”. Our friend Paula has been the best consultant! When it came time to pick out our wedding bands plus a second one for me , she made what could have been a stressful process very enjoyable. From resizing, checkups, cleanings, our rings are and have always been in great hands. It’s great to walk into an establishment where they offer you wine and desserts, but it’s an even better feeling walking into a warm and welcoming environment where don’t feel like costumer, but apart of the family!
I went in to hopefully get a battery changed. I was greeted and helped quickly and professionally by Paula. She did a great job, got the battery changed super quickly and at a great price. While waiting she assisted me in finding a beautiful pair of earrings. Super helpful and wonderful to deal with. Glennpeter has always been my go to jeweler and todays experience just reinforced that.
Paula is very knowledgeable, knows how to help her clients and is very polite. She helps us out every time we go there. She is a big asset to Glenpeter. Thank you Paula for all of your help and professionalism.
