Nice guy, good prices and organized store. But the installers they hired had no craftsmanship, damaged irreplaceable woodwork, and had shoddy work overall. Glad we had a contractor to stand up for us and correct their work. If they tell you they are going to call a city inspector, know that city inspectors don’t inspect flooring.
