Had the best experience with this company. Ashley did an informative and speedy quote and helped pick the perfect flooring for me. Then she got Richard, who came to install, booked by the next day. So pleased with the product but especially the service!

This is a company that goes above and beyond customer service...they actually care about their clients and families. Our entire home was destroyed due to flooding and they have made sure we will enjoy our home for years to come. They helped us explore all of our options and helped us choose flooring that would withstand our lifestyle and whatever life throws at us ... Ashley was so excellent to work with! She came to my house to measure and confirm the product I was ordering would work over the old flooring. When it came to install, she was there to answer my MANY questions!! Plus, my flooring is BEAUTIFUL! I would highly recommend CFI to anybody :

I had CFI help me with renovations in my home which included, carpet, vinyl plank and tile through out my main and basements levels plus wall tile in my main bath. Custom Floors Inc. had been contracted for the restoration of my kitchen back splash. Josh was very friendly and professional, explaining the different options and came by with samples to match my previous back splash. Merick was the one who installed my tiles which only took a day. They were quick and responsive on a last minute's notice--would definitely recommend them if you have any tile work that needs to get done!

I just want to take a chance to thank the team at custom floors inc especially Trevor Nanninga for the flooring that was installed in my kitchen after the dishwasher had failed and flooded my hardwood.
