I am VERY Disappointed because when I booked the appointment for their 10 vents package I was Never Told that I MUST pay for ALL the vents at Extra cost otherwise they would not carry out the appointment for which I was patiently waiting for OVER A MONTH!! As a result I ended up paying them more than $130 Extra that I did not have budget for! Whatever the logic is, I am wondering why it wasn't disclosed at the time of booking the appointment. How is this a good business practice that's expected from a reputable company like yours?Service:&nbsp;HVAC duct &amp; vent cleaning

My last experience with this company was frustrating. First time they came out, they said they needed a special ladder and for me to remove a shelf. They said they needed to talk to their dispatch and left without telling me if they were coming back or not with a ladder. I removed the shelf and called them back and rescheduled. The second time they came back and got a different technician. They told me I would need to drill a square hole in my ceiling to make an access panel otherwise they couldn’t guarantee the clean.  Don’t call this company if you want your furnace cleaned. I called their dispatch and they confirmed every technician has their own way of cleaning so there is no consistency in how they do their job. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I have since called Action Furnace and they were able to complete the job without any ladders or cutting holes in my ceiling. Also identical pricing to Alberta Furnace Cleaners and available on weekends.
