Monarch Floors Carpet One

Had a wonderful experience working with everyone at monarch. They did an amazing job helping us pick out everything from hardwood and backsplash to the tile and carpet for the bedrooms. Sheri was a big help in showing us through their massive selection of samples. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. The Reno turned out amazing.

Monarch did an excellent job restoring our flood damaged flooring by meticulously matching the existing flooring. Expertly installed by skilled, friendly and punctual installers. Another great experience using Monarch as they did the original installation of flooring in our home. Very competitive prices.

During Covid, decided to do some house renovations. Shopped around for hardwood but didn’t get a positive feeling from any of the flooring companies we contacted. Saw Monarch’s great reviews so gave them a call. Sheri provided us a quote and all the info we needed to get a positive feeling....so we hired Monarch. Hardwood arrived as promised and install went very well, so well we decided to do an additional room after the first rooms were complete. Had to order more hardwood and have the installers back for this. Sheri was polite and professional and dealt with our additional request promptly. Installers Randy and Ted were awesome!! Install was flawless and they were both very accommodating with working around us. They acted less like a grumpy subtrade and more like people who enjoyed doing a good job! I would not hesitate to recommend Monarch to anyone considering a flooring project.

I realize that our home reno was a very small job, and not near the size of work that Monarch usually does. But we never felt that we were not worth their effort for such a small job. Adam was excellent in helping us select our product and assisting through the process. Our installers, Scott and Harley, are true professionals and did an awesome installation. We did have an issue with a manufacturer defect, no fault of Monarch, and it was dealt with quickly and thoroughly. We feel that Adam and Monarch went above and beyond in getting the problem dealt with. Do yourself a favour, bypass the big box stores, go see what Monarch has to offer, and get your work done properly.

Karson and the team at Monarch were very knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with! From helping us choose the right type of vinyl plank for our basement suite renovation, to solving install challenges. Michael our installer was both a magician and an artist, and very timely and professional! Can't say enough great things about the service we received, and am very happy with the finished product and the work they did for us! Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs!

My wife and I were looking for vinyl plank flooring and stopped in the showroom by chance. I have heard of Monarch but have had no previous experience with them. While in the store we spoke with Adam. Not only did he listen to what our needs were but he directed us to the product that suited our needs and budget. My wife was still struggling to select a possible color and from the small samples tiles wasn’t sure of the texture and grain of the planks. Adam took us into the warehouse and laid out planks all over the floor. He sent us home with samples to match our furniture and color scheme. He explained the installation process, products required and techniques that would improve our installation. We spent an hour in the store and left with a great feeling. This isn’t a box store. This is a strong independent company that has been in business in Edmonton for decades. I love this type of shopping experience. I should mention, WOW!, what a great price and product. If you are looking for vinyl plank flooring, you NEED to stop here!!!

I needed a small piece of underlay for my area rug in my living room, just to make it a little more comfortable to walk on. I searched a few places and this one was closest to my place so I called. I spoke with a gentleman named Adam. He was a great help and was able to hook me up with exactly what I was looking for, at a great price.
