Airport Parking Ottawa

AutoParc n Jet is great company! great service at a very reasonable price. They picked up from the airport without a single minute of wait. The car was parked at their secure location . Awesome customer service

My initial experience wasn't the greatest, the person working was a newer gentleman back in April-March and though very polite gave me anxiety, he didn't seem to understand the computer or my digital confirmation, took down my information numerous times and no one wants to have to worry about paying twice for parking and being delayed for a flight (I personally get pretty worked up at things I cant control changing my plans). The van was very spacious, lots of parking in the back, I felt my vehicle was safe for the week I was gone and the price was great. Upon returning I called the phone number on the card given to me and followed the map to my designated pick up place. Cory picked me up promptly, was very polite and sociable and listened to my plight about the mix up for my departure experience but I did tell him it wouldn't deter me from using auto park n jet again as the overall experience was good and the pick up was perfectly smooth. Also, I had thought I lost my glasses at the desk or in the van and was taken care of as if the staff had lost them themselves. I was called shortly after and offered a discount for my troubles for my next flight, I'm happy to say ill be using auto parc n jet next week and am looking forward to the experience again, I just love the assurance that my car isn't in a gigantic parking lot getting backed into and it's more closely watched behind a locked gate with cameras, but also the personal experiences, knowing I'm not waiting on a shuttle but on a guy like Cory to come pick me up. This family business is well worth your dollars.

Superb service and price! Text on the plane stating that van was on site and where. Friendly staff both departing and arriving. Will use again.

Great service, friendly staff. Always waiting for us in a warm van to pick us up from the airport in the winter and drop us off to our warm car. Highly recommend.
