Impark (Parking)

Great long-term parking spot, and it is always a quick trip through security. It certainly needs a decent place to get breakfast and coffee. The current food operators are incredibly slow, and the grumpiest people in the airport...zero stars for that waste of space. We were all unable to get breakfast or coffee at the airport, over a 1 hour period, and waited on the runway for what equaled out to 3/4 of our actual trip time. I was offered a flight that left 55 minutes earlier than mine, and my original flight ended up behind us upon takeoff. 5 stars if they had better scheduling skills and a place to eat.

The gate infoscreens are unusable. Showing no boarding time only departure. No announcements and sudden change to already departed. However the flight is still delayed. You have stay infront of the gate to see what is going on.

This parking lot is very close to the actual airport. It is an excellent place to park in order to assist guests and family members in carrying luggage to their check-in point.

My critical review of an egregious privacy violation in which they broke into my van and called in the RCMP because they suspected my propane tank, which I use for camping, was a bomb while parked at the Ottawa airport was approaching 10,000 views and has been removed by someone other than me. Although my review was critical it was very polite and well written.

I actually had a very good experience and very helpful with Moe . I made a mistake on taking parking P4 but wanted parking P1 covered parking and Moe help me through it on the phone.nThank you Moe for helping me out
