So far, the service has been mediocre at best. I've been trying to call over the last few days. On hold for 25+ minutes is pretty ridiculous now a days. They don't respond to requests through a travel agent we've been using. The prices fluctuate like the stock market. It's kind of insane. I've never realized it was like that. Hopefully our faith will be renewed as we approach the date of our trip.

We used Air Canada Vacations for our first family vacation in October 2016. We were satisfied. In plane Staff were nice. We experienced no delay. I do find the plane to be a little small and out dated. I'm a short woman (5'2) and i found it small so I can only imagine for those that are taller. I did call customer service for information on booking prior to booking online, I have to say he didn't really seem to care for what i needed. Everything that was advertised on the website , I got at the resort. I also have to agree with other reviewers that the air canada rep in the resort is more interested to sale than to actually support us. Overall i was satisfied, will probably fly again.

Air Canada - Worst customer service ever! Air Canada could not find my reservation for a flight for 2 hours. Only managed to 'miraculously' find it after the plane was gone and refused to rebook me at no cost. Here is what happened: On the date of June 25, 2017, I expected to board on a plane operated by Air Canada from Montreal to Frankfurt, Germany and then to Saint Petersburg, Russia. Unfortunately, Air Canada was not able to find my reservation until 2:30 hours later, when the plane had already departed. During the entire period, Air Canada staff showed the utmost disrespect to me, your customer. None of the staff members I spoke with (6 in total) made any relevant effort to help me, as I had to go back and forth from the check-in to the reservations counters for more than 2 hours. After 2 hours had elapsed, Cynthia (who claims to be working for Air Canada for 32 years) managed to find my reservation in a matter of seconds, claiming it had been there all the time and admitting the incompetence of her Air Canada coworkers. Sadly, the plane had already departed to Frankfurt and instead of offering to help me rearrange the flight without any cost, Cynthia told me I had to book a new flight on my own. Not only that, I had 15 minutes to run across the airport and pay for a flight to London, as it was my last option for the day. Needless to say, Air Canada staff at the reservation counter refused to prioritize my situation, even after I explained it, and I lost yet another flight due to their incompetence. As I lost the last flight of the day, I had to pay an expensive price for a last-minute room at a hotel transportation and especially I had to cancel a business meeting in Saint Petersburg that would cost my business a great loss. In addition to that, Air Canada never offered to refund me or rebook my flight without cost. Consequently, I had to buy an expensive last-minute flight with Swiss Air that would only depart the next day in the afternoon. Although the expenses I incurred into are significant, they are nothing in comparison to the treatment I received from Air Canada and the emotional distress I went through. As if this situation was not enough, I also had two previous unfortunate and extremely disheartening delay situation with Air Canada: Flight AC 1609 – May 26, 2017 – More than 3 hours late Flight AC 111 – May 30, 2016 – More than 5 hours late In both cases, Air Canada staff was extremely unprepared and disrespectful. No information was given to us as to the reasons for the delay and when the flight would depart. Our only source of information was the departures screen at the airport, which would postpone the expected departure time of our flights every 15 minutes. At the end, no word of apology was given by Air Canada.

Horrible service!! For the 3 time in different time of the year and same terrible service!! Starting for the personal very rude and also the very poor service!!

Resort said that not responsible for what Air Canada Vacations advertises. Air Canada Vacations advert and what was SUPPOSED to be available at the resort !! NO Windsurfing, and only ONE Catamaran !! They announced that TWO (2) devices will be FREE WiFi from the rooms, not true !! Disappointed with the FALSE advertising. Also, the REP for Air Canada Vacations is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Only interested in selling other tours and NOT helping resolve any issues. He should be replaced AS SOON AS POSSIBLE by someone interested in serving Air Canada clients. For this reason very unlikely to go on holiday again with ACV !!
