After having an unfortunate laser tattoo removal experience at another clinic that left me scarred I decided to come in for a consultation at Advanced Laser. The clinic is lovely and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. So much so, that I was able to have a treatment done right after my consultation. Phoebe eased my concerns by going through some before and after photos of clients that have been treated with similar tattoos and patch testing a portion of my tattoo to ensure the correct intensity was used to avoid further scarring. I'm excited to see the treatment progress and I'll be sure to post updates along the way!

Had a wonderful experience with Phoebe for my first laser treatment. She was very kind and gentle and explained everything before during and after the treatment. If you’re thinking of getting laser hair removal done definitely go to her! Looking forward to completing my treatment

At first my experience was positive; albeit I felt rushed into things. The staff was pleasant but Mary definitely puts way too much pressure on selling numerous packages and skincare kits(this is where they make their money post-procedure). Every single time I was brought all these different skincare regimes to mull over and I felt way too pressured. It’s costly enough for the laser treatments themselves- and to be pressured into after procedure products was just too much. I only went twice- because the second time I received a facial that was promised to be gentle yet effective on removing “dead skin cells” so that “the laser treatment could be more effective.” A day after the facial, I woke up to severely red and burnt skin. My forehead had scaly burns on it- and my entire face had broken out in really big cysts, and the chemical burns extended down my cheeks to my chin area. It got so bad that I had to go to my doctors because my face had swollen and the burns were not healing with the skincare they pressured me to buy (big surprise). I had emailed them to let them know- and I was told that basically “this has never happened to anyone before... we do this all the time”, and “the products we use would not have caused this.” I was basically- in a veiled statement from the owner- coined a liar. I had even sent photos - and at that point I was directed to go to my GP. I never was told sorry- or given attention, or even a goodwill gesture. They didn’t even follow up with me after this facial had basically ruined my skin- which ended up needing medical attention. Not at all professional- or caring. All they seemed to care about was making money on selling skincare. I’ve never received such bad service when spending this kind of money. Zero accountability for their mistake- and they ended up just blaming their customer for something they did.

The SculpSure Laser made a significant difference in the hard areas that had stubborn fat. This 25 minute procedure was fast and painless. There was no downtime. I was very HAPPY with the results and highly recommend it to anyone. The staff was incredibly nice and the place was clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back for my second treatment!!!

Amazing service!!! I loved the way Mary and her staff treated me like family. They answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable .Thank you girls for such an incredible and easy experience.
