Always a great experience. Kim and the other ladies are very friendly and attentive and they do their best to fit you in with short notice. All around great experience. Would recommend this business to everyone. Keep up the good work!

Nice atmosphere and great customer service, however I had a shellac pedicure done here and I was less than impressed. 2.5 hours ...The first application was terrible and my nails had to be redone. Whether it was the polish or the technician, I'm not sure. The second polish was better quality but the manicure itself was horrible... the polish was lumpy and all over my cuticles. The technician took no care in trying to make the polish even.... very disappointed.

Very upset with this business. I asked when I walked in for a simple palm leaf on my ring fingers and they said yes they can do it. They did my nails to the point where I could not stop and I showed them a simple picture of the design and no one there could do it. It was not hard, a simple green palm leaf. I would have appreciated knowing at the beginning. Also the nail polish quality is not very good, our nails were not even and all over he place. Not impressed. Also, during the massage she was cracking my fingers and it legitimately hurt me and she laughed at my cracking. Ouch! They also do not take debit and did not tell us until the very end when we had to pay, lovely.

I've been going to see Kim and her staff now for the last 5 years. Very friendly, helpful, clean environment. Kim has always been, professional and sweet. She does an excellent job with my nails. I recommend her to all my friends and family to check out her top notch service.
