We had our first couple’s massage today and it was great!!! I’ve had numerous massages and this was by far the best I have ever had! Crystal was fantastic and definitely helped with the issues I’ve been experiencing. It was so good that we both decided to join their membership/loyalty program. Highly recommended!

Taylor is amazing, I have seen him several times. My husband sees Brook and he’s always so happy afterwards too. 5 ⭐️ For both! 

4 ⭐️ overall as I find the front desk slow and lacking attention (3 ⭐️ there)

Love this place!! Especially Denise and Shauna~ my husband and I go every month. Friendly and professional staff and very clean office. Thanks for everything guys!!! You gotta try Hand and Stone in Barrie.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for massage therapy. I had an appointment there because I was in need of a relaxation massage to help me to destress. I was in the room and one of the first things that the RMT said to me was "I won't be doing much massaging." And that is exactly what happened, it was not a massage so much as a visit to the physiotherapist where they focused on stretching and manipulation of your muscles and joints. The RMT also did NOT touch my back even though I had told her that I frequently have back pain. Not too sure how the rest of the spas and RMTs hold up to the standards that they say they do. Very disappointing.

Went for my first massage here tonight and it was lovely! Denise was my RMT and she was very friendly and attentive. I don't believe we would join as members but we will definitely be back. :)
