Galaxy Nails & Tanning

Purchased a tanning package from them last week.. went in today for a tan on my lunch and no one was able to set the bed cause the one girl who knew how was out for lunch ( which is completely fine but I couldn't believe no one else knew how to set the bed ... or was trained too ) on top of having to wait for the girl to come back the lady working was completely rude to me and left me standing their and asked me to sit and wait I was so confused I thought there was someone in the bed once I realized what was going on I asked for my money back immediately worst customer service they make you feel like you are bugging them when walking it I am paying you for your business you can at least smile !!!!! the girl that came back from her lunch was very helpful and made sure I got my money back I just want to make that clear that she was great and it had nothing to do with her.

I had my nails done here (shallac, french tips). This was a painful experience. Cup my cuticles to close where I started to bleed at one point. The technician was sloppy with the application and the topper for this was by the end of day three I'd had a whole nail (polish) lift and chip off! All the edges had started lifting and by the end of the week three were gone and the others were not far behind. When I went back in the technician said that I must have oily nails. Funny story, I went back to Lavish nails and I can say that I have had no issues and the polish (same brand) is still solid on my nails. Don't go here. Shop around!

Worst service. Lisa had done my nails and 3 days later they all cracked. When i went back to ask her to fix them she was rude and at first refused to fix them then decided she would only fix the nails that actually broke off. I Will never go back to the bryne drive location never have i ever had this experience with getting my nails done.

This place is awful!!!!! Do not go here!!!! The staff is extremely rude, they do not honour appointments, they rush through service and the outcome of the service is very poor !!!! Hundreds of complaints on the local Facebook page of poor customer service

Very poor customer service went in after being here one week pryor because the gel came off one of my nails and got told that they didn't have time to fix it at 330pm when they are open till 5. Told me to come back tomorrow it was one nail repair, that's it would have taken 5 mins maybe 10 tops. They have gotten two visits out of me never again I am done after spending 90 bucks there that's how you treat your customers. Poor rating from me.
