Adobo Experience

We enjoyed the food here especially the dinakdakan. So I decided to buy a take out for my family, but when we opened it at home the taste was different, it was bland, not spicy at all, cut was different, it even had a bone!!! and they use yellow onion instead of the red one like we had at the restaurant. Very different from what we ordered at the restaurant, my family was disappointed. It feels like it was rushed to prepare it

Too expensive for just so little food. So basic taste. First pic is called crispy pork adobo FAMILY SHARING. It costs $17.99. Unbelievable.

Very friendly, non judgmental staff, and service with a smile. Would recommend this place. You should try their inihaw na pusit and lechon kawali comes with free chicharon .

Went early July 2021 on our last day in Calgary. I was craving for Filipino food and rice because it has been two weeks, I think. So happy to have found Adobo Experience online. Their adobo is superb and the halo-halo is amazing!! I asked about it and they said their ube is made in store, too. That's why it's special and delicious. :

Great place for a boodle fight! We got SO much food for such a great price. Come hungry and ready to pack home some leftovers too! The halo halo is MASSIVE - the large should be shared between 4 people. Service was great, I would come back again!

Searching for an authentic Filipino restaurant while abroad has been made easy with the help of dining/restaurant app. Having good reviews is a good indication of good food and service if your're unfamiliar with the place. Which brings me to Adobo Experience Memorial Drive. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food and service was indeed as good as the reviews says. The Crispy Pata may be the best I’ve ever had and the staff are all friendly!.. Too bad they have no branch back home.

It's pretty hard to find a good Filipino restaurant here in Calgary that offer good, fresh food at a reasonable cheaper than most price. The service is always friendly and I have no complaints with the food. This is my go to place for Filipino food. I recommend their Chicken Inasal and Sisig.

I ordered chicken inasal and it was burnt. Even tne palabok is not good because its dry and not enough sauce.

My mom ordered here for the first time to just try it out. So we ordered the crispy pork Kare kare and on their website, there were two different prices. One was 16.99 and another is 19.88. Either way, she was charged for 27.88, which comes to 32.19 with tips and taxes. She didn’t want to complain because the cashier seemed frustrated and didn’t know what she was doing she had to call for help from the back and there was a guy just chatting away on the phone and just ignoring my mom when she first came in. She just let it go and hopefully they actually fix their pricing. The food is okay. Definitely not a good amount for the price we paid for it.
