The best fish shop in Reading town !! I am buying every week lovely fishes!!

Any covering exempt people be prepared for staff declining service unless you share your private medical information. I stated clearly I am exempt and informed staff that the reason is private to me. Was then told they don't serve people like me at which point I left for another seafood vendor. Strange because the previous customer in line was without one as well and was served without hesitation. I urge the company to review government guidelines which clearly state exemption reasons are private. Other than that also review the Equality act and general human rights about private medical information which you are in danger of abusing. A shame as up to the point of being rejected I was looking forward to doing business with you long term.

Bought two swimming crab few month ago, one is good and the another one is obviously not fresh, me and my wife grow up in a seaside town so we know the differences of smelling and tastes. Please do not put the different "best before date" seafood together and dispose the carb like that on time.

I bought few mackerel from them and that it was not fresh at all, it looked very bad, and then they didn't want to give me any other fish in stead or the money back.

The clerk is polite and the price is clear

Good shop with wide fish variety. The sale person doesn't honour to cleanup the fish stating the shop is closing in 15 mins there wasn't any queue and the shop was empty

Adam sure does know how to run a superstore. It takes years of training and relentless work to reach the level Adam has achieved in such a short span of time. Speaking of short, my now ex-wife was short. Oh how I miss you karen. Karen. Listen to me, you don't have to do this. I don't want to sign the papers. This is unnecessary. I overwork for US, Karen. It's to support OUR family... I'm begging you PLEASE listen to me. Our children... can't you hear them in the hallway? They're so happy, Karen. They're happy with not you or me, but with US, so sit down and we'll talk this through alright? The impact on our kids will be massive, and they'll lose all hope in me.

One member of staff was rude, however the rest were more than helpful and polite, hence the goid rating

Rude staff, he shouted at my aunt for touching the crab, while the man before was not told off for doing the same thing. Not coming back here again.
