Paolo's are owned by Rose and Eugene a mother and son team. Eugene is a chef with 3 years experience in commercial cooking, he is facinated with Japanese cuisine and Rose is a home school experience chef for more than 30 years, Cooking is a fashion and zen in our lifestyle, inviting people in our home is a welcome gesture and we feel delighted when people love the taste of our cooking.
Putting up this business takes about 5 years before it materialized lots of feasibility studies, preperations,finance, looking for the perfect place to serve the guest and family alike.
We believe that '' Happy Tummy is a happy costumer.'' as our son Paolo said '' Happy tummy when he is done eating.
