I read some poor customer service reviews and I don't know what they were talking about. The gentlemen in the store were extremely helpful. I'll definitely be coming back to my local Ace.

I love this ace. Much smaller than the big box stores, but they always seem to have everything I need without the hassle of wandering around for an hour!

I've been coming to this Ace for over a decade. I've always had terrific customer service. Everyone has always treated me as if I was their priority. The front end associates always greet me as I walk in and ask if I need help. The floor associates are knowledgeable and are a great source of advice. I can't believe I see any negative reviews at all, it's so unlike my own experience. I'm very glad I have an Ace so close to my residence; I prefer them over the big box stores.

Staff are always very helpful and willing to walk you to the location of whatever it is you are looking for. Every visit is extremely efficient.

The helpful hardware man lives! I shop exclusively for all my hardware needs at this location. It has the feeling of a small family-owned business. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I find it much more convenient to shop here than to go to Home Depot where I can never find anyone to help me (let alone find the end of the store that has the item I am looking for). All the front end cashiers they have working there are really friendly as well.
