Dunkin' Donuts

While everything about this location is great, the real star here is the general manager. He legit cares about his customers. He even got in the phone with another Dunkin location to complain for me when they screwed up my Dunkin account. Then fixed resolved their mistake at his cost. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Very small store with little inventory, the only doughnut shop that you go for coffee and doughnuts and they don’t have any doughnuts! & if you get one past 6 pm it will taste dry and stale. Too bad Dunkin Doughnuts doesn’t make the doughnuts anymore like the commercial. With Dunkin donuts it’s not “Time to make the donuts” anymore, it’s time to make the money!

From not having enough workers to handle customer traffic, giving drive-thru traffic preferential service leaving people stranded at the counter, to not having featured items available, this location gets one weak star.

Donuts are good but they don't get my ice coffee order always right. I would drive to another Dunkin' Donuts that does get my drink order right

Nice New place. Way better than the one on galena. Clean.
