Access Storage - Mississauga

My wife and I were moving from a house to a condo and never use storage before, we went to a couple of different storage place but we choose access storage because the rate and promos are outstanding, they really accommodate with you, as we were struggling with money. The staff there are so friendly and helpful, they made everything very easy for us. The facility is well secure and cleaned. I appreciate the great customer service.

First time using a storage facility and have to say it has been a great experience. The manager John and his staff are very polite and informative and made it very simple and easy for me. Certainly deserve a 5+ Star !!!

The staff at Access storage were so helpful when I moved my belongings into their facility. The movers I hired didn't show up and when i finally got another moving company the Access storage waited for me after I was delayed. Then when I decided to condense my items in storage and move them to a smaller unit the staff made this change very easy for me. I can't thank them enough for all the help I received in both of these situations.

Ok if needed... They are not particularly good with paperwork... They raise your rental price without telling you, they bill every 28 days, and if you miss your billing date by one day, they call text and email you every single day after that until you pay. Even if you call to make a payment arrangement for a later date (I live in another city) they will still call you incessantly. There are a high number of mouse and rat traps around and throughout the building. Staff is constantly changing. I do not recommend this place.
