I made an initial call to public storage as I needed a storage unit in a hurry that was also reasonably priced. I spoke to Camille who was super helpful from the get go, friendly, courteous and willing to help. Things worked out very well and within a day I had my belongings stored. Needless to say, I was impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the staff at this facility. Camille was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

This isn’t just a storage company, it’s a family. These folks not only provided us with a super reasonable storage space, they worked with an extended family to make sure it was convenient for everyone’s schedule to get keys, pay bills and coordinate access. We have also had changes with billing payments and had to get a new lock because of lost keys. The public Storage family helped make every task seem less. Our family highly recommends Public Storage South Sheridan.

We have had a great experience so far. we arrived about a half hour before they opened and they still invited us in and walked us through the process. Very kind and friendly staff. Cons: VERY Slippery floors. 1 would recommend especially those who do not use credit cards as they DO NOT require a credit card.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Easy access storage facilities, right off of the hwy. Good sized units, good lighting within the units and pedestrian walkways - interior and exteriors. Initially was only going for a short term rental... but ended up renting for well over a couple of years. Great experience and highly recommend.

Staff here very friendly, the place is conveniently located, easy access from the highway. Dealt with the super nice staff Wasim and Camille at the office, I was there to pick items from an auctioned storage unit, and they walked me through the entire process step by step. 5 Star service from the time I entered their office to until I left their storage facility. Pleasure dealing with this location; keep up the good work guys. PS: Lots of delicious candy to munch on while you wait in the office which in fact made my visit even sweeter!
