Had a motor problem while using the launch just around the corner. A quick trip to City Marine and the staff couldn't possibly have been more helpful. They saved my day! My crew for the day were 3,5 and 12 year old children. They literally cheered when I said we could still have our day on the water. Hopefully I won't have the need. But I'll definitely be back if I ever have another outboard problem.

Knowledgable staff no dou t,bit i ordered something over the phone and they didn't come through with the order. Disappointed.

I have taken my I/O powered boat to City Marine for 8 years. I`ve used them from small repairs to a motor rebuild and the service has always been great and their pricing fair. City Marine has been an infinite improvement on the service I received from another Mississauga Mercruiser dealer.

Jokers !!!!! 1000$ and 4 attempt later they relised my outboard saying computer shows all good , so no bogging or starting problem possible!:)))) there is may be a vapor lock haha,,,,,,decided to do my own maintenance to learn they never checked inline filter or sparkplugs at all!!! All happened in spring time at the prime fishing season, lost 3weekends!!! They fixed all kind of things on my boat which i never asked for but they said that could be a problem ,,,,included some recalls , which they had to fight with Mercury becouse was not even valid 😬 Anyway. I wish i can attach photos of the filter and spark plugs what they relised my motor with!!! I dont understand,, how come bogging and starting issue diagnostics not start with fiLter checks???? Cost only $15 If u want the service from them at some point,, please start saving now!!

Best customer service!! When numerous other Mercury dealers told us we were out of luck, City Marine went out of their way to help us find what we need! They know jet engines!!
