I just called to find out some pricing and if any promotions were going on and I was having trouble hearing the lady on the phone. She was extremely rude and got upset when I asked her to repeat herself about the promotion. Very disappointed with her customer service. I hope that one day they can hire someone with actual customer service who has manners and isn't rude and snappy.  I doubt that I should give them any business as I don't want to face this kind of attitude and have a problem with them in the future.

This was a great location for me and it was a clean and safe building to help with my storage issue. Very friendly and helpful staff every time I had questions.

I have to admit, you will find cheaper quotes everywhere... but before you settle on price, take the time to compare the facilities  first. 

Cleanliness, security, and professionalism of the staff alonr made it an easy choice for my family to go with Safe Storage Depot.
