Story

The Academy of Artisans has found a new home!

We loved being at 490 Eglinton. After all, that’s where it all started 20 years ago! It's where we met many of you for the first time. It's where we made connections and friendships that will last forever. But it was time for change. We relocated to 1963 Avenue Road. Although we enjoyed being farther north, the search for an even more fitting home continued, and we've finally found it. The Academy of Artisans is now located at 555 Lawrence Avenue West(1 Block West of Lawrence West and Bathurst.

The Academy of Artisans is now located in a bright, quiet neighborhood. We offer a secured space for kids, and individual rooms for our full range of programming.

Classes include:
sewing, cooking, knitting, pottery, stained glass, ceramics, various design, baking, jewellery, basketry, cartooning, casting, gardening special events, club meetings, and much, much more!

Birthday Parties!

The Academy of Artisans is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday! Birthday parties are 2 hours in length (1 ½ hours for the activity [all materials are included], and ½ hour at the end for party and cake [Please bring your own cake!]).

Prices are as follows:
For $19.00 plus tax per participant (Minimum 10 kids), you can choose from a variety of activities, such as:
Tie dye T-shirt,
Stained Glass,
Jewellery,
Mosaics,
Candles,
Painting ,
Cartooning,
Game Boards,
Floor Cloths,
Papier Mache,
Ceramic Tiles,
Sculpture.
*All activity supplies included.

Or,
For $24.00 plus tax per participant (Minimum 10 kids), you can choose from a variety of activities, such as:
Pottery,
Cooking,
Aquariums,
Mirror Mosaics,
Mirror Stained Glass,
Kites,
Fimo Sculpture,
Fimo Jewellery.
