Paid for new equipment, got sent used equipment and was told I could get a refund if I paid my own shipping. Ratchets had marks, frayed thread and dirt particles. Wish I could attach pics here so people could see.
Haven't even got my lines yet but I still think you guys deserve the 5 star! I have been dealing with Xavier and he's been super helpful! This is the place to get your lines!
Very helpful staff, gave me comprehensive and professional advices on choosing my slackline kit, as well as how to set it up properly. I am very happy with their product and ended up buying same kit as a present to my family member. The only complaint is the rainy weather in Vancouver.
Xavier is very kind and friendly guy. He introduced me to slacklining and gave me really good tips and advice on buying a new line. i used it few times already and having a blast.
