Like going back in time!! So much to choose from in so many Super rad old school decks and supplies. I was lucky enough to meet the owner on my visit and he was just such a happy positive dude. It was such a nice experience. I've gone back a few times and it's great every time!!
Incredible selection or new and old-school decks. Fast service and delivery time. And even if there's a issue they go out of their way to resolve it. I'm on the website daily looking for cool products! And love my onewheel I bought from them, hands down best selection of onewheel products too
the website charged me shipping despite advertising free shipping. I had to email some guy called Graham 3 times and threaten a paypal dispute to get my shipping fee refunded, no apology, just short rude messages despite me approaching them politely. Just basic simple manners could have avoided this bad feeling
i’ve been there a couple times now, every time i go it’s fun even just to look, day before yesterday i bought a blackriver complete fingerboard from them but when i got home it had a defect in the wheel, not their fault, it was blackrivers fault i came back there yesterday to see if i could exchange it and i could, we opened a few to make sure they had no defects either and i got a new one. the staff were super friendly and helped a lot, if you are interested in fingerboarding, longboarding, skateboarding, one wheels, definitely go check them out!!
5 Stars no disputing it!!! Absolutely awesome services, "STEVE" who's awesome called me to ask if i wanted them to grip my deck before shipping it. Super super nice customer service, extremely helpful and informative and a really cool collection! Thanks for the free stickers!!!
They wouldn't return UNUSED bushings. To my surprise, after driving a half an hour there. The inside diameter of the bushings were larger then the outside diameter of the kingpin by an extra noticeable amount. I wouldn't normally return bushings if they weren't perfectly snug and had a little wiggle, but these were extra unsnug. Clearly, the circumferences were not matching up. Like a bad batch, that didn't come out right from the manufacturer, that type of thing, and they still wouldn't return them. The white long haired owner seemed offended that I would even try to return them. Cold and harsh towards me. I won't be shopping there again.
A bunch of irresponsible kids who excel in spreading misinformation and wasting peoples time. They will lie and tell you they have what you’re asking for over the phone then pretend that conversation never happened when you drive across town only to find out they don’t have what they said they had. Unapologetic and unrepentant bunch of punks.
