Went to buy baseball gear for my boys. The staff were very friendly and down-to-earth. When choosing the gloves, they recommended a smaller one, since when young, you play several positions and a smaller glove is easier to handle. Also they didn't try to get us buy expensive gear. They recommended something that we can start with. I am sure our boys will learn how to play and get bigger. We will come back to buy more gear from The Sports Exchange.
Great selection of new equipment from a lot of sports. Customer service is helpful and knowledgeable with sizing and fitting of sports gear. Your definite go-to-place for hockey equipment of all types of you are looking to outfit yourself for the game on the ice.
Ben and his team are always super helpful. What a like most about this store is not only their extensive knowledge, but they offer an array of products who find elsewhere in Vancouver. When I need baseball gear especially, this is my literal one-stop-shop. Quad A service and friendliness. Central location
Went there yesterday wanting to get a new A2000 glove they usually cost $350-$450. Me and my son checking them out but was looking for a specific one. The 2 guys working there didn’t even say anything to us just ignored us and continued their conversation. So I figured I’m not going to spend a dime in this place if I’m going to be ignored. Thumbs down to this place. FOLLOW UP: The owner called me and assure that the issue has been addressed, thanks for reaching out which is appreciated to show that you care.

Great prices, great service and products. Super helpful. I play roller hockey and it’s the only place that I know of that has blades for my aluminum shaft and will always be helpful to replace my blade with my old one breaks. Super fast.
Amazing customer service. We always think on this store before buying any sport related equipment. Our most recent visit was on May 23rd. I was very pleased with the safety protocol put in placed in the store -From booking appointments to providing alcohol gel. The guy who helped us made sure to provide us with a personalized service before purchasing a softball glove. I appreciated that he took the time to check my glove and compare gloves in terms of quality and durability.
