AA Royal Motel & Campground

Before traveling from Miami, we called to see if the RV part was open year round......was told yes. Asked if also full hook ups.......was also told yes. Said the monthly price would be an off-season rate. So we started our journey......took us three days to get there. So, in reality, we were not allowed to have full hookups the whole month we were here. And was still charged peak season monthly rate.......875. And after addressing the owner with all of our complaints, no discount was given. The shower is one stall and bathroom is one stall, same door that does not lock. I felt very unsafe the whole time. When there was one or two days that all the snow melted, you could see how dirty the campground really was. A complete disgust. We finally found another place open all year and does allow full hookups during off - season for only 550/mnth.

Just wanted to say that we was more than happy with this place. Even tho I wasn't aware it was more of an r.v campground he still had motel rooms and even a tent campsites. It was very reasonable priced. We had paid for 2 nights. It ended up storming after the wedding we attended at Niagara Falls and came back to our campground and tent completely flooded. He upgraded us to a motel room without hesitation! He was so nice and the rooms and campground was very clean! We was very happy there and would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

We had actually reserved in another park that said they had 50 amp and could fit our 43ft 5th wheel. When we go there no 50amp and no way could accommodate us. I got on a big rig website which suggested AA Royal Motel & Campground. We called and had a space. The owner was so accommodating and friendly, big thank you for his help. Small quaint park close to lots of retail. Sites are all paved and park is well kept. Not a lot of space for dogs but there is an awesome dog park few miles down the road. Definitely recommend.

Very near to Niagara Falls. Best location but rooms not maintained properly. Cheap rates. You feel like staying in cheap Indian hotel. Do not recommend. 👎

If you are looking for a good deal, this is the place! No pool etc, but full hook ups for a reasonable price! The owners are absolutely the nicest people you will meet! Place is quiet and clean...really peaceful! Would stay here again!!
