Thai Express - Milton Commons

I love Thai express but this is probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. I ordered my meal and it was way too spicy...wasn’t even eatable. Went back and told them and they stated that they do not give away free stuff and next time I should watch what I order. I like spicy food but there’s a limit...and clearly this guy doesn’t know. Also the prices are high for the portion you receive. I literally got 1 piece of chicken in my pad Thai. Never going back here again

The food was absolutely delicious and full of taste. Me and my friend went there on Monday for the first time. The staff was super friendly. The tall girl who took my order was really nice and was patient when we kept on messing up our orders. Would definitely go again :)

Amazing food. I really like the service of one person who maybe goes by the name Ahmad. He is really fast with his hands when he made my food. Overall the staff was friendly and had a warm atmosphere. Food is good. Staff is good. Deserves a 5 star review 🔥

They’ve gotten SUPER stingy with the portion sizes, they fill the take out box to literally half! And when we pointed it out to the manager, they said “ohh thats the correct portion now”. So they’re telling me that of all the Thai Express locations I go to, this location is the only one that has the “correct portion” size? Totally not worth going here anymore. Rude manager trying to save on food by being stingy and only now somehow having correct portions. Okay there...

Ordered a chicken pad thai today and was very disappointed. This is not the first time where my take out was about 3 inches empty the male owner is super stingy on quantity. On top of that my food was also burnt and dry. not happy and will be contacting head office as I have had this experience 3 times within this location while owners are present in prep and cooking. 0* dont waste your money
