A To Z Towing & Salvage

These guys are amazing!!! They did a wonderful job, were extremely nice, awesome people to deal with beginning from the phone call to my vehicles being moved. I don't have typical vehicles, I have vintage Hearses that can be difficult to tow, and I had complete faith they would be able to accomplish moving both vehicles without issues. Joanne was great i had $720.00 dollar's of tow's n one week !! I'm not from the area so trying to find a repair shop in Rockford that wasn't trying to rip me off it was crazy!! but in the end A to Z towed my car back to my town wish i could have got a discount from A to Z for so many tow's in one week but it is what it is..ALERT !! ALERT !! this place over the weekend is down in the DUMPS!!! the word professionalism is not here on the weekend 's you know the saying attitude reflect leadership please note : this review has nothing to do with the tow drivers NO problem at all all with the drivers ... this review only about A to Z customer service or should I SAY customer supposed to be service...Services: Local hauling

I had my car towed to a shop from my apartment, and from the moment I first was contacted by AZ, up until my car was at the mechanic, I felt taken care of by this company. The lady who called to confirm the tow was so nice. I was at home, so didn't mind waiting for them to finish more important tows before heading my way. The driver Frank and his trainee Juwan were amazing. They made sure my car was going to the right place, and absolutely went above and beyond. Got a tow earlier this week and the driver was nice enough to clean out my car of all the money that was in it. Called them only to be dealt with sarcasm and the woman hung up on me and blocked my phone number. Stay far away from this place especially if George is the one towing your car. Bunch of unprofessional clowns I wouldn’t even hire for a toddler’s birthday.Service: Car towing
