Canadian Tire

Went in around noon on a Monday afternoon not a single associate in the store. Asked the only lady I could find working for help. She was at the register checking out customers. She paged hardware and I waited about 20 minutes still not a soul. So i left.nNot sure why management keeps the store so shortstaffed that only one worker is in the store. I was just trying to get a fuse from inside the locked cabinet. Poor lady can't leave the register.nObviously can't not shop at canadian tire, but I'll just order online or head into Sydney. Don't waste your time at this location. If you gotta buy in Glace Bay try Woodland or Cameron's downtown. Much better customer service.

Basing this one star review from the customer service I recieved earlier from the short haired lady at the customer service desk. I purchased a Napoleon portable grill last year i opted for the expensive one paying over $400 at the time. The grill started turning off randomly when using it so I brought it back to replace it with a new one. Knowing I had my receipt on my triangle card she would not even look it up she lied insisting that my little key chain card had to be the full-size card in order for her to look it up meanwhile its the exact same card she just didn't want to help me out she was rude she was snarky she was not respectful or helpful at all. I took my bbq over to the Sydney Canadian tire with my little Keychain Triangle card they looked up my receipt and exchanged it no problem they also said I wasn't the first person that had to go to come to them because of Glace bay giving issues about returns or replacements. The lack of disrespect and no help from this woman earlier reflects on your business which is the reason I am giving this one star.

Wanted to exchange an item without a receipt, but still had my triangle card used for the original purchase. The customer service lady informed me that although she was able to look up my account she could not do the exchange and that the exchange policy is good for 30 days. Looked it up on their website when I got home, and its 90 days. They also asked for my address in front of several customers without telling me why. When I asked I was told it was for the return but not for looking up my triangle account. Very sketchy, and an invasion of ones privacy. The aisles are very narrow and crowded, and probably cannot accommodate someone with mobility issues. Very poor service, avoid this location at all costs!!nnEdit: Went to the Sydney location and they returned it with no issue.

Ghetto tire , old stock ,no stock , basically a Oil and toilet paper outlet any kinda oil ,all kinds of candy and just generic lawn chairs type store I couldn't get out fast enough ,never going back to glace bay ghetto tire , if your retired or need oil or take a #2 they got you .

Best sales and deals with a large variety of products i shop here a few time's a week.
