Lloyd MacDonald Ford Sales Limited

I was in yesterday for service. Such a lovely group of employees from sales to service but especially the receptionist. She's such a nice young lady. She was cleaning out the fridge because of a ill odour. She was so friendly even though I could tell she didn't want to clean up someone else mistake. When she finished cleaning the fridge she continued to have a genuine, humorous conversation with myself and the two other people waiting for their vehicles, she then made us each a cup of coffee and carried on with the rest of her day. Thank you so much again, Miss. I will be going back to MacDonald Ford for me next service appointment and will be looking forward to seeing your beautiful smiling face again. -One Happy Customer!

As we all know nobody likes going to get their vehicle serviced , however if you're taking a vehicle in for service I highly suggest bring your car, truck, SUV or RV to MacDonald Ford in Sydney. I was in Oct.4 and couldn't be happier with my outcome. The advisors are super friendly and take the time out of their very busy days to take you aside, sit down with you and tell you step by step what is happening with your vehicle and how they think we should proceed. Very ,Very pleased. Looking forward to seeing the seeing the staff again in 6 months. Thank you!

Our Motorhome broke down due to contaminated gas! The people at this Ford dealership have been amazing! They took us in for 3 days, let us stay in their lot overnight while the vehicle was being worked on, did their best to get us back on the road asap. Special thanks to Krista, Danny and Ray!

I took my boyfriend's truck to MacDonald ford after being at other dealerships and the service I got at macdonald for was amazing. I highly recommend them

Went to purchase a new escape Monday september 18/17. After waiting for 20 minutes. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time and never even acknowledged our presence and no sign of a salesman we left and went to another dealer and purchased the car elsehere. Not impressed at all
