On my vacation home to Sydney a day before we left to head home to Toronto my Rav4 started to make a clunking sound. The team at Breton Toyota were so kind and we're able to check it out before I started the 22 hour drive back home. Thanks so much for seeing my panic and worry and getting me in on short notice.

I have to say that our experience with Breton Toyota has to be the absolute worst experience we've ever had with a dealership. I booked an appointment two days before with Breton Toyota to look at two specific used vehicles only to show up for our afternoon appointment and be told that both vehicles had been sold the day before. Not only that, but the gentlemen we had the appointment with actually didn't even bother to take our appointment and we were handed off to another sales associate. That associate didn't even introduce himself before telling us that they had zero vehicles available for sale and couldn't help us. We gladly took our business elsewhere and actually bought a brand new 2025. Their loss.

I had a great experience buying a new car there. Both Adam and Kristin, as well as the other staff members we interacted with, were kind, helpful, engaged, and patient.nnIt is my first Toyota, and the difference in the customer experience is positively different from what I've been through at other dealers. I'll definitely buy Toyota again.nnConsidering the high cost of cars today, I valued the openness and honesty throughout our transaction. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I dropped in without an appointment while traveling through hoping to get an oil change. They squeezed me in right away and finished in less than an hour. The staff were very friendly and professional. Very grateful for the help!

Jamie was excellent and very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles, very professional. Kristen explained every detail of the paperwork and answered all of my questions Great experience overall.
