Great food and fast delivery!

We have had a regular breakfast here a couple times. Was tasty and as expected. Coffee was good. Service was good both times. The restaurant is a bit run down/possibly dirty and there is no "wow" factor to give it a 5 star but for the price it was very acceptable. No complaints

I was a little reluctant to go based on some recent negative reviews. Turns out it was exactly what I wanted. Well priced & Tasty.

This place was a decent greasy spoon/diner until around 2011 when they cut their open hours down to 3pm. Soon after they changed ownership and moved to a smaller nearby location. Food quality dropped to zero at that point and I avoided it since.

Best breakfast in town

Everything - the food, service, wait time, and hospitality from the staff is good. Not great but also not bad, but if you have been there before there has been a noticable decline in overall quality since ownership changed back in the early 2010s.

The ladies there are super nice and cater to your every need. Comfort type food, and definitely affordable.
