To ALL REVIEW READERS, please note I will be happy to change or remove this review, if Archibald Storage honors my reasonable request... I don't even know where to begin... I WAS extremely happy to sign on with them at first...They were very courteous and rates were great. I was assured that if I needed access to my stuff outside the posted hours, that it wouldn't be a problem. I made a couple of requests for evenings and weekends, and unfortunately it was becoming difficult to access my stuff on their schedule...so I politely asked to withdraw my rental after being there only 6 days, and asked for a full or at least a partial refund. Since then I have gotten the run-around...lack of communication, delays, etc etc. I have attached a picture of our email conversations so you can make your own opinions...and I hope this review is helpful!

I love this locally owned and operated storage place. Jason gets to know all the customers, and you know that your stuff is being taken care of by people who really do care. Always clean, great rates, helpful staff, what more can you ask for???
