Clean, modern facility. Service provided by Christine was both friendly and professional. We rented a unit for two months while selling one home and moving into the next. Highly recommended.

I am very unhappy with my experience at Access Storage on Marion Street. They have issues with mice....I found droppings everywhere in my unit. I've had several items damaged including a couch, sports equipment and a rug that had to be thrown out. When I contacted them to advise of the issue, I was advised to bring my key for them to inspect the unit and then didn't hear back from them for 2-3 weeks, I had to call them several times to get an update and they refused to clean the damaged couch and only gave me a small credit. When I went back to inspect what they did, I only found two traps in my unit and that they hadn't even cleaned up any of the droppings in my unit. Very unhappy with the service and management was very hard to reach and not willing to help or rectify the situation.
