People are great to deal with, access is easy and times are reasonable for entry. Only disappointment is the pavement inside needs major repairs and fill-ins of the huge pot holes. Hopefully they will spend the money to fix because it sure is not enjoyable to drive on.

From day one the staff took great care to ensure I had the right space for my needs. The email service of reminders and invoicing is so convenient. I recently had my door on the unit not opening, due to an ice buildup. The guys on staff that day were out there right away taking care of it for me. I've told several people to go to Real Storage if they are looking for this type of service.

Only good thing I have to say is the service was very extremely good and the people were very nice. Unfortunately when it comes to the storage containers one of the pipes leaked some water during winter on some of my stuff. Not a whole lot but enough to ruin some important papers and pictures. Then to top it off I found a nice mouse nest in my couch and mice scat all over my mattress and inside the couch when I went to check on my stuff. The part that bugs me is when I called them to tell them I took my stuff out b cause of the mice they knew about the mice problem but didn't call to warn me. I would of gladly thrown some traps in my self If they called. To me it just seems they don't care about your stuff.

My experience with Real Storage has been a very positive one, thus far. I find them to be professional, personable, and their facility to be clean and well kept. I would, and have recommended them to anyone looking for a storage facility.
