Access Storage - Winnipeg

I help run a volleyball organization and have required the use of a storage facility on and off for 20 years now. Every time we have needed one I have found myself going back to Access Storage on Gordon Ave. Every time I go back the service has improved and the specials have made it an easy decision. The addition of "Love" to their staff has also been an improvement. Strong, courteous, service-oriented customer service that is second to none.

Great communication on Kijiji, when I came in person it was the same rep I dealt with on kijiji and he remembered my name. He has great taste in office music (Game of Thrones!) and he got the paperwork processed in a timely fashion. He made me feel better about my situation and that's honestly what I needed today. Looking forward to securing my things at this facility.

I've rented a storage unit with Access on several occasions. Love is a straightforward, friendly and very professional service representative of the business. Great customer service! I recommend Access Storage on Gordon to anyone. I will continue to be a repeat customer in the future.

Very helpful, kind and accomodating staff.. Especially Love and Jason. The nicest guys you'll meet. If you're looking for a great, worry free, secure storage facility look no further. We shopped around and Access has by far the best deal for your money. I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys.😀

I desperately needed temporary storage back in July, 2017 for my Elmwood business inventory. Jason (employee of Access Storage) was a huge help in getting me set up to store my store contents at their Gordon Ave. location. I'm glad there was a storage facility in Elmwood for me to use. Every four weeks when it is time to pay again, I look forward to seeing Love (another employee) who processes my payment. Love knows me by name, even my storage unit number. The staff at Access Storage on Gordon Avenue care for those who use their storage facility. Thank you for your service to me!
