The person so called herself the manager said that she have full control over this place and I have no where to file a complaint I don't know that customer have to beg them for a place for storage. Very bad experiene treaed differenty from other cocaucasian customer because we are different. She open my car start yelling and slam the door on my coworkers face almost injur her face!!!!!I don't know how she become the manager with this level of customer service. She won't apologize for her misbehaviour!!!!

I found it ok but the only thing i hated about it was that i didnt get my 50$ deposit back i asked for a receipt but the man told me i didnt need one so i went to hand back my card and asked for my deposit back he said i didnt put one down.... but i thought before you even get a storage room you need a deposit besides that i liked it!!!
