Great trainers...30 minutes and that kick your behind, but more importantly? 30 whole minutes, almost every day that I do nothing but focus on my and my wellness. I feel strong and accomplished at the end of every session. LOVE IT!

Effective workout within about 30 minutes - energizing, big time stress relief, encouragement from trainers, moments of "whoa, I can do that?!" and "who knew I even had a muscle there!".. and more!

My 17 year old daughter took advantage of the student summer special, three months. She loves it here & everyone has noticed the progress she's made. She began at the end of June & is almost done with the summer special they've offered. I think she missed a total of 2 or 3 times. If you work hard, it pays off. We are hoping they offer another student special at the end of the summer so that she may take advantage of that one as well. The Speringo Family

I'm pissed. I called to make sure they have a speed bag and punching bag, I also mentioned that I don't need no help and I want to work out on my own. Response was OK. I came and other lady said I need to go through their work out, there is no way I work out by myself. "Sorry thats the way things run here!" I mean seriously? How hard it is to say that over the phone so I don't waste my time?
