My experience at DAC has been life-changing. I have always had terrible knee pain, and thought (and was told) that I would never be able to resolve those issues without eventual surgical intervention. Derek and his team analyzed the weaknesses and imbalances in my muscles, and my knees feel amazing! Not only am I getting stronger physically, but I love the nutritional, muscular, and skeletal knowledge I receive each time I attend a training session. Derek is not only a trainer, but a gifted and talented teacher. For the first time in all my experiences in nutrition and fitness, I feel like I understand what my body needs, instead of relying upon somebody to tell me what to do. That in and of itself feels incredibly empowering. I highly recommend DAC, because of the personal approach Derek and his team take for each client. Whether you have a history of pain or injury (like me) or are simply waiting to build your physical strength, the trainers at DAC will take the time to learn YOUR specific needs to better YOU; instead of providing a "one size fits all" approach.
