Sat at the bar and was attended to right away. Ordered stuffed clams appetizer... Amazing! Perfectly crunchy on the outside and savory stuffing with seafood inside. Had country fried chicken for lunch. Very good.
Menus have changed. No more prime rib. Used to have specials,no more. My steak tops were cooked perfectly but over seasoned. Broth of French onion soup was great but not much onions. Waiter was very good and friendly.Food: 4/5
I gave a three because of the waitress, she was nice. But the food it's a zero my medium well steak was very dry. The food had no flavor. Never again.
Place had a stench and my table was swarmed w knats. Enough to make us lose our appetites, one even flew in my food. Never again. The drink was watered down and just not good.
Food was good, service was prompt despite location being a little lightly staffed. Steak cooked as ordered. No complaints, would be back to this location.
Good service and comfortable sitting area, food is average. I tried the classic lobster roll which was on the seasonal menu. -1 for using straws all over the place for drinks and even water. Unnecessary in 2019, please save plastic and money by not using it!
I dont like this place , never ask me if i need a refill , and only come to my table to pay bad service , the food was regular , rice bad taste was the bad experience. Refills never arrived when asked for it.Food: 4/5
Good restaurant in the holyoke mall. Wouldn't suggest sitting at the bar if it's busy. Decent service and food. I'd go back. Love the tenders and tips and the fried cauliflower is good.Food: 4/5
My Son and I have been comingbhere a lot lately. The Food, seems to be, so much better now. We had a Server named Alexanna. What a fantastic Server. Very friendly and attentive.Food: 5/5
Love the 99! Wish they had some down near my in NJ, but alas I visit when I'm back home in New England. This location is in the Holyoke mall. Not usually a long wait, wait staff is friendly, and food is great. Everyone gets excited for the free popcorn bowls at your table. I got the fish and chips, and it did not disappoint. There was an overload of fries, but all good. Yum yum yum!
