Ordered the super fresh Thai salmon dish with Jasmine rice and broccoli slaw. The salmon had a nice kick to it! Had to have dessert. My choice was the flourless chocolate cake with extra whipped cream. Our server brought a side of whipped cream!! Loved it. Amazing. Everything was superb-food and service as well as the company. The food is fine. Nice presentation. Solid salads. Really tasty tomato soup. The service is slow though. The margaritas need work. Oversalted rim see photo and extra tart mix. The kitchen is exposed to customers and exposes the holes in systems for this restaurant: Staff speaks rudely to management, customers can hear personal conversations of kitchen staff and kitchen staff doesn't move with any urgency or a plan. Because the kitchen is open, customers can see the food coming out from the kitchen and just sitting for a while to be picked up. Our table was having a great time chatting so the wait didn't bother us but there were others around us that seemed displeased. If they could fix these issues, it would be a decent spot.

Overall great experience at 110 Grill. Great service, delicious food. The food was the best part which is what you’re always hoping for. I was here with work colleagues. This is a good place for a date night or a work dinner. We had a large group 9 people but 4 stars because our dinner did take over 35 minutes from the time we placed our order to receiving it. It wasn’t a big deal though, we enjoyed the atmosphere and we had great service. Just don’t be in a rush when you’re here.
My first experience at 110 Grill was very enjoyable. The greeter and server I had were top-notch in customer service, very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich with Garlic Mashed Potatoes as a side. The sandwich was stacked a little too high for easy eating. My beverage was the 110 Blueberry Lemonade. Both selections were very tasty! I will be returning again for sure! Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance and restaurant area is at ground level for wheelchairs. Table height is accessible. Ask for assistance with restroom doors if needed. Dietary restrictions: This restaurant has gluten-free options for dining.
Food is always so good! And our server Allison was the best!!! Made the time so much better! Chatted with us for a bit and brought over desserts singing happy birthday to my two friends!! Great experience! Will be back!! Thank you Allison and 110!
This was our first time eating here located in the Holyoke Mall on the upper level near JC Penney. The people there are friendly and attentive. It's a little more pricey for what you get, probably because it located in the area mall, but its not cost prohibitive. Its American cuisine but they put their own take on it. I would go again as it was decent enough. Since I have only been here once so far, I can't say if they are slow with orders. It took us longer than what we thought it should take, but this may be how it always is, I cant say yet. They seem like they have lots of customers, so give them a try!

Time of visit: 11/24/2021 at 6:30 pm. The servers are friendly however I did not like the food a bit. I was served with the most oily food there was ever made. The Chicken Caprese I ordered was burnt and Salmon was overflowing with butter. The onion strings were too oily to eat. I dont think the calorie value mentioned in the menu is true. The tomato soup was the worst I’ve had ever. Barbecue chicken nachos hardly had the chicken and the aluminium tray on which it was served was dancing all around. I would never go there again.
Food came out fast! Our server Shina was absolutely awesome! Super courteous and amazing service! As always they are super cognizant of our Gluten allergy. I absolutely love this place and will definitely come back!Food: 5/5
