84 RV Rentals & Service has been a family-owned business for almost 50 years, and we are proud to be able to offer our customers the selection and discounts of larger RV dealerships, while still providing the time and attention of a smaller, family- owned business.

84 RV Rentals & Service began as Rayewood RV Centers in Sussex NJ and was started over 50 years ago by Charles and Bea Raye. Through great vision and hard work, the business soon grew into the area's premier RV sales and RV rental center, campground and RV storage facility serving northern New Jersey and Orange County, NY.

Cannot say enough good things about 84 RV Rentals! We just returned from a wonderful vacation on the east coast. They were understanding when we had a health emergency and had to postpone our trip a year ago. From beginning to end the rental experience was exceptional. We received detailed paperwork and instructions on the use of the RV. The company and it's employees are professional and attended to every detail and what they promised was delivered. From the day we picked up the new, very clean RV to the day it was returned. Quick and easy service. We would highly recommend using them for your next rental! Bill & Sharon Smith

UPDATED 9/1/17: For several years in a row now I have rented from the 84 RV team and each year I have had a fantastic experience!! Barry & Peter are always able to accommodate our requests, and can be reached by phone the entire time the RV is rented out. We appreciate their flexibility and would not rent from anywhere else. Each year we look forward to our RV trip knowing we will be taken care of by 84RV! 7/20/15: I recently rented from 84 RV and had an excellent experience. Not only were Barry & Peter able to accommodate my late RV request, they even agreed to an early pick-up time that was outside of business hours! Upon receiving the RV we were given detailed instructions for everything and Barry was available for our calls all weekend if need be. The RV was great and extremely clean, and we had no issues with it all weekend. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze, and the staff at 84 were helpful every step of the way. I will definitely be renting from 84 RV again!

Awesome experience renting with 84 RV Rentals from the beginning to the end. The team there is very responsive and willing to work with you to make sure your needs are met. The RV we rented was in great condition, very clean and everything worked perfectly. They gave us a detailed description on how everything works, and are on call 24/7 if you need help while on the road. I look forward to renting with these guys again. Had an amazing vacation.

We rented a 32' unit for Peter and the team, they were very accommodating and helpful. Gave us a good tutorial of the unit before we left and provided a lot of information on coverage and if there was any issue while on the road. Found our rental to be clean and in very good condition, unit operated as new and we had no issues. Peter and the team were very helpful with trip ideas and good locations to stop. We visited the Cooperstown Baseball hall of fame and then continued to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Great week of travel with our family of six. So much fun that we plan to do it a least every other year.

We rented a 30 foot Surveyor which we towed with our truck. We traveled for five weeks across our great nation with no towing experience at all. 84 RV was a wonderful experience from the start. Peter gave us an hour orientation before we hit the road and made sure everything was working as it should be. We had some braking issues during our travels and Barry was easily accessible by phone calls and texts to help us troubleshoot and resolve the issue. We needed a new part installed on the trailer and Barry quickly told us to have it fixed and we were reimbursed for the cost when we returned from our trip, no questions asked. Our safety as we traveled is a priority of theirs. We definitely recommend renting from 84 RV whether you have a weekend getaway planned or a trip of a lifetime across the country. They will be there every step of the way to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems you may have with the trailer along the way.
