My boyfriend and I are here with a gift card that has plenty of money on it but they are still denying us service whispering to each other that they don't know how to work a gift card, then turning to me saying 'the system is down, do you have cash or debit?' when I replied no, he took my food away from me and told me to leave. I was absolutely taken aback, I asked him if he was sure if he couldn't do it and he gave me the drink and said okay now leave. I walked here a LONG ways for food, and when the only disgusting thing they have is a hot dog he openly admitted was 2 hours old, and he feels the need to grab it out of my hands like I've NEVER seen before. I ended up sitting there trying to see if the female clerk would talk to the guy and see if there was anything to do and he just was yelling so loud I could hear on the other side "it's not working he can't have any food! No hot dog". Whoever left this guy in charge I hope reads this and realizes he should not be in the customer service business in anyway. 0/5 stars and NEVER coming back.

this 7/11 is decent as long as you don't eat out of the large warmer at the front, i have seen employees squirting cleaning substances on the inner windows while food is still inside. you'd think someone working there would say something to the employees who are too lazy to remove the full trays before spraying chemicals near food. disappointing as someone who used to buy from that section.
