I just had the best quiche I have ever tasted! It was so light and fluffy. It was also the first time I have had a salmon quiche and I want another piece already! The chef smokes his own salmon here and it is all natural. Dee-licious. The place is so cute and comfortable. I love to sit in the outdoor patio area but the inside is cute as well.

This place is soo good!!! And the owners and staff are the kindest! Everything is gluten free and made in house! We want to move here just for breakfast here every morning! But wait! They don't just have breakfast! Legit, coolest bakery we've ever been to!

This place is the best bakery we have ever been to. Absolutely delicious, and you can taste the quality in everything!! Everything is Gluten Free, and made fresh in house! The owners and staff are incredibly kind! Makes me wish we lived here!

As both a retail and wholesale customer of 5b's Bakery, we've always been very happy with the products and the service! You don't have to be a celiac to enjoy the delicious baked goods but you can rest easy knowing everything is safe if you are. The gluten free waffle cones are frankly better than regular ones. The cakes and cookies are moist and flavorful. You won't even notice that the pies are gluten free. We truly have a local treasure in this little cafe!

This is such a delightful place. I have been there many times and each time I get astonishing customer service and food. This bakery has truly mastered gluten free. The food is always fresh and the taste is out if this world. They have breakfast and lunch options. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy for breakfast and the grilled ham and cheese for lunch. They also have breads, pizza crusts, and other baked goods for sale. I am blown away that food this good is gluten free.
