Truly unbelievably bad. Nothing, and I mean nothing good came out of stopping here. The food? Good Lord.. did not even finish it, and then the bill??? Come on! Best part? Want to use the bathroom you must spend at least $10 (well at least that was way too easy to do) and if not, well, here you are out in the middle of no where, and to use it will set you back $2.00. DO NOT STOP HERE!

If I could give it zero stars I would. My sister was visiting and wanted to stop. I remembered the owners being odd when I had visited a few years ago, but figured it may have just been an off day. The minute we walked in the store I knew it was a mistake. The lady behind the bakery counter addressed me abruptly. I said we had just come in to look around. She made no response, but just kept staring at me. I asked if that was okay, were they open? She said yes, but that things were selling quickly if we wanted to buy something from the bakery. there was only one other person in the store at the time. My sister came in the door after me and had the same exchange. It is an odd experience as a customer to feel like you are intruding on someone and have to ask if it is okay for you to be there. The lights were off in most of the store. There were lots of windows, but still it was very dim throughout. You can't go more than five feet in the store without seeing a sign that tells you not to take a picture, be careful when touching, and if you break it you buy it. They have a mannequin dressed up like a butler in the back of the store holding a tray that lists all of the rules of Rosabella's. It is a long list of "Do Not's." Pretty much the opposite of what you would expect from a little country store. The lady followed us around the store, so we finally decided to just leave. As we were loading up in the car, a gentleman, who I guess was a friend of the owners (he had been inside talking with the husband while we looked around) came outside and yelled something at us. I said, "Excuse me?" and he replied, "You heard me." and went back inside. So I followed him back inside to see what the problem was. he and the owners of the store were all laughing. When they saw me, the husband said, "He doesn't work here. He was just joking." I said, "Okay, I didn't hear what he said." The wife replied, "Oh he was just joking." "Okay," I said," What did he say?" the friend then piped up, "I asked if you found anything you liked." I was taken aback, as I clearly had not found anything I liked, and in fact this was one of the worst customer service experiences I had ever had. (And I didn't even try to use the bathroom!) I stared them down, "No, no I did not." and then I turned and left. The whole thing left a terrible taste in our mouths. Luckily up the road was both Samish Bay Cheese and Bow Hill Blueberries. We spent a good amount of money there and had a wonderful experience.

Wow don't know what to say after reading the below reviews. We stopped here and got 2 donuts and a apple turnover, they were very good. But I have to agree with everyone else about the fee to use the bathrooms, how ridiculous they are out in the country not downtown Seattle.

Horrible experience. I saw their sign that said no public restroom. When I came in, asking to use it, I immediately said that I would be buying something. Lady said it was not not a public restroom. I said that I fully understood that, so I would be buying something. Then she went on about the $10 minimum per person. I said you've got to be kidding me?! $30 for me and my 2 little kids?! She went on about her septic cost. I said, please I just really need to go. She then settled for $2 each. My kids said they didn't have to go- She made my 4 and 7 year old wait outside the bathroom while I peed!!!!!!! On my way out, I saw huge cinnamon rolls. I would've bought 5 for all my family. Too bad you mean bakery owner! Do not stop there! I should have just peed in the bushes somewhere!!!

What a total rip off, plus terrible customer service. We bought 1 apple turnover that was average at best and then came the sticker shock 6 bucks! for one average turnover and the attitude of she's doing us a favour for selling it to us. Never going to stop there ever again. Only giving it 1 star so I'm able to post, would give 0 if possible.
