Been doing business here for over 20 years. Always reliable, creative, courteous, reasonable. Recently did the flowers for friends' patio wedding exactly to requested colour and floral specs.

Brad, Rada, Helen, Mary, Bronwyn and everyone at Alma Florist are the best in floral design. The people that receive flowers from me always ask for the name of my florist. I love Alma!

Great selection and service. Excellent response time and attention to detail. Gave them the message I wanted on my Valentine's flowers to be delivered and they nailed it complete with smiley-winky-face. Have been using them for years and have always been able to count on them. :-)

My mother was sending me flowers for graduation (she's in a different city and couldn't make it. ) I was supposed to recieve the flowers at 1:00pm today or around that time frame and I called just to confirm my address at around 1:30 today, spoke with a very receptionist on the phone. When I asked about my order her tone of voice was very negative and She had told me not to expect to get my flowers at exactly 1:00pm. Which I wasn't calling about, I called to make sure my address was correctly taken down. And then proceeded to tell me that I might not get them until 6:00pm. Which was not what my mother requested. The flowers ended up coming at around 3pm they looked great and the driver was very nice. But my experience with the rude receptionist had me in shock. 2/10 will not use this service again.
