I ordered a bouquet online for Mother's Day, and they arrived exactly as shown on the website. Even though I had to call to confirm that they'd been sent out, the staff were very professional and helpful despite being SUPER busy. They need some kind of online tracking system, but other than that, I would order flowers from them again :) My mom loved them!

Excellent service. I had no idea what to get but the owner of the place spent some time with me finding out about who I was buying for and what they are like in order for her to make a good suggestion. She explained all the different products she had and how they're cared for. I was very happy with the service here.
