Ordered roses for a family member's internment so we could have something colorful and pretty around the grave. We left the roses there ( water vials removed ) and when I visited the grave site 2 very hot days later, the roses looked a little withered. Decided to take them home, cut them back, and to my amazement, they opened up into the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen ! A testament to their quality!! I only lost 1 rose out of 16. Outstanding. Will definitely order from you again.

This company has the worst customer service and flowers bouquet was just horrible. They have the most uneducated employees or was it the owner. Big white lady with blonde hair. She should be let go or she should find another business because you need flowers on special occasions. You do not want to deal with horrible customer service while celebrating your favourite occasion

The customer service was amazing. Even though the store was very busy for Mother's Day they were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this business.

I placed an order online (actually my first time sending someone flowers at all!) and was very pleased with the process. I called to check on the status of the delivery some time later and the lady I spoke with was sweet and pleasant. I really appreciated receiving an e-mail the second the order had been dropped off. Just to be able to know that everything had gone smoothly even before hearing from the recipient was one less thing I had to worry about. More than anything, though, the flowers were just what I had hoped they would look like (my friend sent me a picture after receiving them) and they made my friend happy, which was the whole aim of sending them to her. :) Thank you so very much for your help, Canadiana Flowers!
