Beachwood Flower Shop

Lovely little flower shop! Great arrangements, friendly staff. I suck at keeping my plants alive, but they usually have tips to help me out. I always like going in here, even if there isn't anything that I have in mind that I want to buy.

This is the best flower shop in the area. The flowers are fresh and unique. They make stunning arrangements and will even come to your home to create outdoor arrangements when the planters are too big to transport. It's not outrageously priced either. Love this place!

I received a fruit basket from Beechwood Flower Shop that a friend had ordered for my birthday. It was the ugliest arrangement I ever saw. If my friend had seen it, he would have been ashamed: six (!!) bruised bananas, grapes in their plastic zip lock bag, a cored pineapple in clear plastic bag, two oranges, two pears and one apple (all with their stickers on). When I removed the basket from the wrapping, the handle broke.

Awful experience! Went in a day early to order flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends work. After giving the address and paying up front, I was hopeful that this gift would go off without a hitch. Unfortunately the flowers were never delivered, and Beechwood refused to reimburse me with what I had already paid. After numerous phone calls back and forth, as well as me having to enter the store in person, the store continued to give me non-answers. When my girlfriend finally came home and I had explained what had happened, we thought we would cut our losses and have the bouquet delivered to our home. Mind you, I ordered these yesterday afternoon, it is now 6:30pm the following day and no flowers have arrived. After calling once again complaining that the flowers had not been delivered to the new location (3 blocks from the actual store) the owners again refused to reimburse the delivery fee. Being noticeably frustrated I said "I am no longer going to use their services" their reply was "okay, then don't." Very poor customer service, very unaccomoidating, DO NOT USE! Funny enough, the flowers arrived as I was writing this, but unsurprisingly the card that I had paid for, and written a letter on did not arrive with the bouquet. This leads me to believe that they gave up, created a new order and sent a second set of flowers to my home address. Whoever received the first set of flowers and my card, I hope you enjoyed them. In sum. AWFUL BUSINESS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
